Veritel solution portfolio

Enterprise WiFi and Wireless Infrastructure

Seamless enterprise WiFi designed around user density, device behavior and roaming—not floor area alone.

Outcome 1
Measurement-based coverage and capacity plan
Outcome 2
Secure segmented access for guests, staff and IoT
Outcome 3
Stable roaming and central visibility throughout the facility

Operational need

What are we solving?

Weak coverage and density issues in hotels, malls and campuses degrade user experience.

Veritel approach

How do we approach it?

We deliver seamless wireless with Aruba, Cisco and Ruijie site surveys, centralized management and captive portal solutions.

  • Site survey and heatmap analysis
  • High-density AP design
  • Captive portal and guest network
  • Centralized management and reporting

Solution scope

Technical capabilities designed to work together

01

RF survey and heatmaps

We measure construction materials, interference, the RF environment and target signal levels.

02

Capacity and channel planning

We size concurrent users, device profiles, application traffic, channels and power together.

03

Identity and guest access

We manage staff authentication, captive portal, guest duration and policies across separate SSIDs/VLANs.

04

Roaming and central management

We centrally manage AP settings, client roaming, alerts and performance data.

Architecture approach

System layers that reinforce each other

We design the system as end-to-end operating layers, not merely a product list.

01

Access points

Indoor/outdoor APs provide coverage with placement and cabling aligned to the RF plan.

02

PoE and wired backbone

Switch ports, PoE budget, uplinks and VLANs carry wireless capacity.

03

Control and security

Controller/cloud management, authentication, firewall policies and captive portal control access.

04

Analytics and operations

Client, signal, channel utilization and fault data are monitored for optimization.

How we deliver

Four measurable steps from discovery to commissioning

  1. 1

    Requirements and RF survey

We assess spaces, users, applications, materials and interference sources.

  2. 2

    Simulation and AP plan

We plan AP positions, channels, power and cabling against coverage/capacity targets.

  3. 3

    Installation and optimization

We configure SSIDs, VLANs, security and roaming, then optimize RF on site.

  4. 4

    Validation and monitoring

We validate through post-deployment measurements, roaming tests and central reports.

Where it creates value

Scenarios tailored to real operations

Hotel guest WiFi

Separates guest and staff traffic across rooms, lobbies, meetings, pools and outdoor areas.

High-density venue

Plans concurrent client capacity in meetings, lecture halls and event spaces.

Warehouse and mobile operations

Provides seamless roaming for handheld terminals, VoWiFi and mobile staff.

Tangible output

What you receive

  • RF survey, predictive and validation heatmaps
  • AP placement, channel/power and cabling plan
  • SSID/VLAN/security matrix and acceptance tests

Frequently asked questions

Can guest WiFi be isolated from corporate?
Yes, secure guest networks are designed with VLAN segmentation.
Is AP count based on floor area?
No. Area is only one input; walls, interference, concurrent users, device and application profiles are assessed together.
Is guest WiFi separated from the corporate network?
Yes. Logical separation uses dedicated SSIDs/VLANs, firewall policy, client isolation and captive portal.
